How To Track Your Order
You can use the tracking form above to check your order status. Please enter the order number and billing email address exactly as they were provided when the order was placed.
If your order has already been shipped, tracking information may also be included in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email address.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification by email if tracking information is available.
Shipping From Italy
Orders are shipped from Italy. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, the selected shipping method, customs handling, local carrier service, and other external conditions.
For Italy, delivery is usually faster than international destinations. Orders shipped outside Italy may require additional transit time.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. In some cases, it can take 24-72 hours for the carrier system to display the first tracking scan.
If the tracking page shows no movement for a short period, this does not always mean the parcel is lost. The parcel may still be in transit between carrier facilities.
